Sinus Lift

A sinus lift is often necessary to facilitate implant placement in the back of the upper jaw. Sinus lifting involves placement of a bone into the lower aspect of the maxillary sinus cavity. Some patients may have implants placed at the time of sinus lifting. Others require a staged approach with implants placed at a later date.
